Confidential Medical Patient Sign-In System
The One-Write Pegboard Confidential Medical Patient Sign-In System comes with the WFPR1 folding pegboard and 40 sets (1,000 slips) pre-numbered 1- 25.
There is no imprinting of your company information on these slips.
Patient fills out the information on the top slip. Patient removes this numbered slip as their call number. Their information is protected behind the carbonless paper on the master log.
The front desk attendant calls the patient by number off the master log.

This confidential medical patient sign-in system contains 40 sets, pre-numbered 1-25 which is enough slips to see 1,000 patients. **Slips can not be imprinted with your company information or numbered in a different sequence. They are pre-shingled and pre-numbered. System also includes the WFPR1 folding pegboard with the 5/16" hole punch and when open is 12" x 21". *** There is a flat aluminum board available when ordered seperately. It is the WPR1421 and is 14" x 12" flat. See Slip Option(s) Below B. And The Following Components:
